How To Create Your First Load

Creating a load is the first step to moving freight inside Freight Broker Boss. This is where you enter the shipper, carrier, pickup details, delivery details, and pricing for the shipment.

Steps:

1. Click Loads in the left menu.
2. Click Create New Load.
3. Enter the Shipper information.
4. Enter the Pickup location and date.
5. Enter the Delivery location and date.
6. Enter the Carrier assigned to the load.
7. Enter the Shipper Rate (what the shipper pays).
8. Enter the Carrier Pay (what you pay the carrier).
9. Review the load details.
10. Click Save Load.

Tip:

• The system will automatically calculate your profit margin based on the shipper rate and carrier pay.
