A rate confirmation is the agreement between your brokerage and the carrier for a specific load. Freight Broker Boss allows you to generate and send this document quickly.
Steps:
- Open the Load you want to send a rate confirmation for.
- Confirm that a Carrier is assigned to the load.
- Click Generate Rate Confirmation.
- Review the rate confirmation details.
- Click Send via Email or Download PDF.
- Enter the carrier’s email address if needed.
- Click Send.

- Always verify the rate, pickup location, and delivery location before sending.
