Freight Broker Boss currently supports four user roles:
Broker – Full access to the brokerage, including billing, team management, and all loads.
Advanced Agent – Similar to a Broker, but without access to billing. Can also add and manage Agents.
Agent – Can only view and manage their own loads.
Carrier – Can log in and view only the loads assigned to them by a broker or agent.
